We are proud to be working exclusively with one of our longest-standing and most respected clients in the engineered timber sector. This is a great opportunity to join a highly reputable and growing manufacturer as they look to appoint a Sales Manager to lead their growth across roof trusses and timber frame solutions.
This is a fantastic role for an experienced and driven sales professional with a deep understanding of the timber engineering industry. If you’re passionate about delivering high-quality structural solutions and have a strong track record in roof truss sales, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:

Take the lead in driving sales of roof trusses and engineered timber products to contractors, housebuilders, developers, and self-builders.

Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue and margin targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships.

Provide accurate quotations, technical advice, and end-to-end project support to clients.

Work closely with design, estimating, and production teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to promote brand presence.

Keep ahead of market trends and competitor activity to shape strategy and business development.
Requirements:

Proven sales experience in the timber frame or engineered timber sector.

In-depth technical knowledge of roof truss systems and their manufacture/design.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills – confident building rapport at all levels.

Highly motivated, target-driven, and well-organised.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Full UK driving licence is essential.
