Sales Manager – Offsite Manufactured Housing. 

Salary: £60,000 

Location: South Wales (Cardiff, Swansea, Newport, Barry, Port Talbot ) 

About
 Have you sold a Housing solution to Housing Associations?  Would you like to sell a Welsh-manufactured Offsite solution?  Do you live along the M4 Corridor in Wales?  A fantastic opportunity to join a Welsh Offsite Manufacturer of Housing Solutions specifically aimed at the Housing Association affordable housing sector. 

The role
– To follow up warm leads and enquiries from a selection of Housing Associations based in South Wales.
– To work with them to understand their needs and to brief your own in-house design and technical teams 
– Present solutions, pricing and delivery to your clients in order to win projects
– Work closely with senior management in all divisions of the business to deliver a fantastic customer experience

Who We Are Looking for? 
– You will have a track record of selling housing-based manufacturing solutions to Housing Associations
– You should have an established network of contacts and industry relationships.
