Are you a skilled Revit Technician looking for a new challenge with an innovative company in the off-site construction sector?

We are working with a leading contractor, who specialises in Structurally Insulated Panels.
They are looking for a Revit technician who is looking to grow within their company, this is an exciting opportunity to work on exciting projects and play a crucial part in delivering high-quality, sustainable construction solutions.

As a Revit Technician you will:

• Develop accurate and detailed 3D models using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Assist in preparing competitive tender submissions, ensuring accuracy in quantities and costs.
• Work with the Bid Manager to identify and mitigate project risks.
• Update standard documentation and ensure compliance with the company’s delivery process.
• Stay informed on industry trends and evolving building legislation, particularly in sustainable design.

What we are looking for:

• 1 year design experience within the construction induatry.
• Software skills in Revit and AutoCAD
• Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work independently when required.
• A keen interest in construction and timber frame design.
