Key Skills: Quality Manager, QA/QC, ISO9001
Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a Quality Manager to oversee two factory facilities with both automated and manual processes. You will drive product quality, enhance quality assurance systems, and implement continuous improvements.
Quality Manager responsibilities:
- Develop/implement QC and QA procedures
- Maintain quality documentation (manuals, procedures, work instructions)
- Evaluate and improve QA processes for consistency
- Lead cross-functional quality improvement projects (Lean methodologies)
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and certifications
- Prepare for and participate in external audits
- Analyse quality data, identify trends, and generate reports
- Collaborate with procurement to maintain supplier quality standards
- Conduct supplier audits and assessments
- Train teams on quality standards and best practices
- Work closely with product development, manufacturing, and engineering to integrate quality at all stages
- Support customer service in resolving quality-related issues
Requirements:
- Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field and ideally relevant qualification (CQM, CQE, etc.)
- Strong quality management experience from manufacturing industry
- In-depth knowledge of ISO9001 standards
- Proven ability to implement and lead quality improvements
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and quality management software
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with regulatory bodies and requirements
