Location: Cirencester
Salary: £26,208 + benefits
Hours: 40 per week | 25 days holiday + bank holidays

The Role

You will be joining a £100m plus business who are looking for Administrator to join a very busy Payroll team. (Payroll experience will be taught).

You’ll be responsible for accurate timesheet processing, handling queries, and providing essential admin support to keep everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Input and check timesheet data
  • Be the first point of contact for payroll queries (phone/email)
  • Work with the operations team to resolve issues
  • Support with audits, reports, and general admin tasks

What You’ll Need

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, especially by phone
  • Good Outlook and Excel skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
  • Payroll experience not required — full training provided
