Job Title: Internal Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire

Salary: £27,000 to £29,000 per annum, depending on experience

Sector: Modular (MMC)

 

  • Are you a Sales Executive or Internal Sales & Marketing Executive with experience within the construction/offsite industry?
  • Are you seeking a permanent role with growing business?

 

This a pivotal role in the business, and the ideal candidate is goal-oriented with a deep knowledge of customer service best practices. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high-quality customer service and achieve sales conversion targets.

 

Responsibilities for Sales Executive:

 

  • Take warm incoming sales enquiries and turn them into consultations
  • Follow up on non-converted enquiries and turn them into consultations
  • Schedule consultations into the company systems
  • Prepare information packs for the consultations
  • Continually drive improvements to the SQL funnel and the CRM
  • Use relevant internal documents and collateral to engage with customers
  • Analyse the performance of campaigns and sales processes

 

We would welcome conversations with candidates who:

 

  • Experienced in sales with the gravitas to manage diaries for customers and sales executives.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communicator on all levels, B2C and B2B.
  • Must be competent in Microsoft Office suite, mainly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Must be IT skilled and able to work across multiple software platforms and CRM tools.
  • Team player, highly organised and efficient.
