Job Title: Contracts Supervisor
Salary: £40,000 + Company Vehicle
Location: North West England
Sector: Offsite Construction

Are you an experience contracts manager within the offsite construction sector?

Would you enjoy a role with a specialist contractor supplying an innovative solution to house builders?

You will be joining an experienced and specialised team who supply and install an offsite constructed system for national housing developers. As an experienced structural carpenter, you will be responsible for co-ordinating the works of sub contract installation teams and ensuring the quality of their installations. Experience of installing timber structures is essential for this role.  

Key responsibilities as a contracts supervisor:

• Ensuring company quality standards are achieved
• Manage sub-contractors on different sites, checking availability and visiting to inspect works
• Provide feedback and progress reports to Contracts Managers
• Maintain & develop strong client relationships

We would welcome conversations with candidates who:

• Can demonstrate a background in the installation of timber structures
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget
• Possess strong communication skills across all levels
• Have managed site delivery teams
• Are comfortable to travel across the North West region for their work
