Job Title: Contracts Manager
Salary: £45,000 + Company Vehicle
Location: South West
Sector: Offsite Construction

Are you an experienced contracts manager within the offsite construction sector?
Would you enjoy a role with a specialist contractor supplying an innovative solution to house builders?

You will be joining an experienced and specialised team who supply and install an offsite constructed system for national housing developers. As an experienced contracts manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of each project across the South West Region.

Key responsibilities as a contracts managers:

  • Ensuring company quality standards are achieved
  • Manage sub contractors to build programmes
  • Provide strong leadership
  • Maintain & develop strong client relationships

We would welcome conversations with candidates who:

  • Can demonstrate a background in delivering high volume projects
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget
  • Possess strong communication skills across all levels
  • Have managed site delivery teams
  • Have a background of residential housing – MMC preferred 
  • Are comfortable to travel for their work
  • Hold valid SMSTS, CSCS & CPCS Appointed persons – Advantageous
