Job Title: Contracts Supervisor
Salary: £45,00 – £50,000 + Car OR Car Allowance
Location: North East Scotland

Are you an experienced supervisor with a background in delivering new build timber frame projects?
Would you enjoy working for a manufacturer backed by a large developer?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a timber frame contractor who are delivering projects all across the UK. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of timber frame projects specifically across the North East of Scotland. This is a great opportunity for a site manager/supervisor to take their first steps in to contracts management and deliver multiple projects at one time.

Your background working within the housing sector is essential as you will be expected to liaise with clients on any technical issues and queries regarding the timber frame kits.

We would welcome conversations with Contracts Supervisor who:

• Have a solid background within the timber frame sector
• Can demonstrate a background in managing multiple sites across a region
• Possess the ability to communicate across all levels
• Hold strong sub contract management experience
• Hold a valid SMSTS, CSCS & CPCS Appointed Persons
• Are willing to travel across the North East Scotland region for sites
