Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a background in construction?

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a business where people genuinely stay. As a Commercial Manager, working for this family run business, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are profitable, working closely with sub contractors to address any variations.

We would welcome conversations with candidates who:

  • Have a background in construction – New build housing would be advantageous not essential
  • Possess a solid understanding of procurement & vendor negotiation
  • Are highly proficient in MS Excel but also any knowledge of other estimating software’s would be beneficial
  • Can demonstrate an understanding of procurement, estimating & commercial management
  • Will maintain and develop long standing sub contractor relationships
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

As a Commercial Manager you can expect:
