Job Title: CAD Technician
Location: Remote
Day Rate: up to £250 per day, depending on experience
Sector: MMC/Offsite

• Are you a CAD Technician with MMC/Offsite experience?
• Are you seeking an ongoing freelance contract? 2-3 days a week?

We are working exclusively with a Consultancy who specialises in the design of modular and pannalised buildings, due to an increase of work they are now seeking a CAD Technician to join their team.  

This is a flexible role for a CAD Technician. The role involves tasks such as Building Regulation applications, resolving Building Regulation queries, pre-application plan checks, technical drawing, resolving technical queries, sales drawings, working with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and planning applications.

We would welcome conversations with candidates who:

• Qualified to HND or degree level in an engineering, architectural, or construction discipline.
• Able to use AutoCAD proficiently (CAD tests will be part of the interview process)
• Experience of modular projects including DfE projects in either timber or steel frame
