And to be even clearer: it would be vey difficult to achieve a full decaff ban for most of the team!
Not because we haven’t considered wellbeing. Not because we lack discipline. But because caffeine is, and probably always will be, a cornerstone of productivity, collaboration and functional human interaction for most of us.
We admire those who enjoy decaf. We respect their choices. We’re just not ready to go fully decaf!
