Location: London (Southwest and Central projects)

Salary: £50,000–£60,000 DOE

Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on, practical Install Manager to oversee truly unique engineered timber projects across London. This is a key role for someone with strong technical knowledge, particularly in carpentry, who can lead teams on-site and ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations for engineered timber projects
  • Coordinate and lead small to medium construction teams, ensuring safety and quality standards are met
  • Practical problem-solving and hands-on involvement in installations as needed
  • Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project timelines are maintained
  • Manage site documentation, reporting, and IT systems relevant to project delivery

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in site management within the timber frame or engineered timber sectors
  • Strong carpentry or practical construction skills
  • Ability to supervise teams and manage multiple tasks on-site
  • Good organisational and IT/documentation skills
  • CPCS AP ticket advantageous
  • Flexible approach to travel across London projects
