Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 DOE
Location: East Yorkshire

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in in delivering construction projects?
Would you enjoy working for a large, National offsite construction contractor?

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading offsite contractor, delivering new  build projects across a wide range of sectors. You will be responsible for the successful & profitable delivery of new build construction projects up to the value of £15million. 

You will be working within an established commercial team, reporting directly in to a Commercial Manager who will rely on you to work independently on individual contracts.

We would welcome conversations with Senior Quantity Surveyor’s who:

  • Have a solid background within the construction industry – Modular experience would be highly advantageous
  • Possess an understanding of both JCT & NEC forms of contract
  • Can work on their own but also as part of a commercial team
  • Will work closely with Site & Project Managers to understand any issues and progress on site
  • Are willing to travel to sites when required
  • Hold experience in preparing and settling final accounts
