National Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced National Sales Manager to lead and grow the sales function – with a clear succession plan to step into the role of Commercial Director.

You’ll take ownership of their national sales strategy, building a high-performing team and driving sales of modular site welfare units and compounds directly to house builders and main contractors. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact and progress into a senior leadership role.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and deliver a national growth plan focused on direct sales.
  • Lead and inspire the external sales team; oversee internal sales (directly or via an office manager).
  • Personally win key accounts and grow relationships with house builders and main contractors.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a successful sales team.
  • Support product development and launches.

What We’re Looking For

Proven track record in growing new and existing business, personally and through a team.
Experience managing external sales teams (and ideally internal sales functions).
Industry knowledge from modular buildings, site welfare units, timber Frame or other manufactured construction products selling into the House building, Contractor sector.
Strong leadership skills with ambition to step into an executive role.
