Technical Sales Manager – Timber Staircases
Territory: Worcester, Birmingham, Hereford, Gloucester

You will be joining a leading, employee-owned UK manufacturer of bespoke timber staircases, supplying the builders’ merchant, self-build, and house building markets.

They are looking for a driven Technical Sales Manager to grow their presence and build strong customer relationships.

What You’ll Do:

  • Grow sales with merchants, self-builders, and house builders
  • Win new business and develop existing accounts
  • Visit sites, specify staircases, and solve technical queries
  • Work closely with in-house design & manufacturing teams to deliver high-quality projects

What You Bring:

  • Technical sales or account management experience
  • Construction or building products background (stairs, joinery, kitchens, bathrooms, timber frame, roof trusses, or doors ideal)
  • Confident communicator, organised, and target-driven
  • Knowledge of the merchant, self-build, or house building market is a big plus

On Offer : Circa £40k plus car, bonus, pension, salary sacrifice options
