Regional Head of Sales – Modular Space Solutions (Healthcare, Education & Commercial)

The Opportunity

  • Lead sales growth across Healthcare, Education, and Commercial markets
  • Sell both permanent modular buildings and medium to long-term hire solutions
  • Build senior-level relationships with NHS Trusts, local authorities, universities, and commercial clients
  • Position modular/offsite solutions as the go-to choice for flexible, sustainable estates
  • Represent a business that’s helping deliver the UK’s net zero building ambitions

What We’re Looking For

 Proven track record in selling modular or similar building solutions (essential)
 Strong understanding of NHS, Education, or Commercial procurement and funding
 Gravitas to influence senior decision-makers and estates leaders
 A strong network across healthcare, education, or commercial sectors (desirable)
 Commercially sharp, results-driven, and passionate about sustainability
