Job Title: Contracts Manager
Salary: £50,000 + Car/Car Allowance & Package
Location: National Projects

This is a role that will see you work alongside an experienced contracts manager to help with the smooth installation projects across the UK. You will be working on projects across the commercial & residential sector including new build schools & new build homes. Your background in sub contractor management will be essential in this role as you will expected to develop and maintain working relationships with sub contractors to ensure a smooth and timely installation process.

As a Contracts Manager you can expect to:

• Work alongside an experienced professional in the industry
• Manage sub contractor install teams on site
• Adhere to the highest quality of health & safety
• Report back to senior management on site progress

We would welcome conversations with candidates who:

• Have a background in new build construction – Commercial projects preffered
• Able to manage more than 1 site at any one time
• Possess strong reporting & communication skills
• Are able to travel Nationally for projects – Midlands, M4 Corridor & South East
• Hold a valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
