Job Title: Estimator
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 + Travel & Accommodation 
Location: North East/Remote Working
Sector: Structural Framing

Are you an experienced structural framing estimator?
Would you enjoy working for a business operating across multiple sectors?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business who are looking to double their turnover this year with the help & support of a new estimator within the team. You will be responsible for estimating, tendering and presenting back to tier 1 clients for projects across hotels, student accommodations & hospitals. Project values can range from £150k – £4million so you can expect a diverse range of projects to be working on.

We would welcome conversations with Estimators who:

• Have experience working within the structural framing sector (timber frame, engineered timber, structural steel or LGSF)
• Are able to work within a closely knit team and on your own initiative
• Can demonstrate a strong understanding of different software packages including; MS Excel, Bluebeam & AutoCAD.
• Will be willing to travel fortnightly to North East based offices
• Possess the ability to present quotes and tenders directly back to a tier 1 client base
