We are working exclusively with a well-established specialist in Modern Methods of Construction, currently enjoying a period of growth.  They are now seeking an experienced CAD Designer who understands the relationship between design and manufacturing and can work collaboratively in the design of modular building projects.


Requirements for the CAD Designer role:

  • Experience as a Designer within a DfMA environment
  • Good working knowledge of Autodesk software (AutoCAD and ideally Revit)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to demonstrate attention to detail whilst working at a fast pace
  • Willing to learn Tekla software (if not already included in your skill set)
  • Preferably experienced in MMC / offsite construction (modular building, volumetric, bathroom pods, timber frame, light steel frame)
