Are you passionate about quality, health, safety, and environmental standards? Do you have the expertise to lead and maintain robust management systems while driving continuous improvement in these critical areas?

We’re looking to speak to experienced QHSE Manager’s for a business who are looking for someone to join and take responsibility for ensuring compliance, maintaining certifications, and fostering a culture of excellence across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enhance IMS certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, FPC, EN 3834).
  • Prepare and update policy statements, risk assessments, work procedures, and COSHH assessments.
  • Oversee statutory inspections, including LEV systems, compressors, and lifting accessories.
  • Investigate and resolve accidents, incidents, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
  • Conduct site visits, issue reports, and address quality or safety concerns raised by contractors.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in QHSE management roles.
  • Familiarity with maintaining and auditing IMS certifications.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with cross-functional teams.
