Investors in People is the internationally accepted benchmark for organisations who actively seek to improve how they work with their people.
In September 2019 we were re-accredited as Investors In People Gold, having previously attained this at our first accreditation in 2016 – a rare achievement at our first attempt.
This time the business maintained our Gold status, with greatly increased scores, reflecting the ongoing commitment to developing leadership, learning, collaboration, quality, and all aspects of our business.
We are delighted to have been confirmed in the Top 10 shortlist for Gold accredited organisations with up to 49 staff.
Even in these really difficult times, and in fact more-so now, it is essential to keep developing and supporting our people to be the best they can be, to keep the business moving forward.
