We are now well into our 19th year, and looking forward to making plans for our 20th-year celebrations in 2023.

In an industry renowned for cold calling, we have worked hard to attract business to us, and to keep the clients we have won. It’s still working! Each year we add around 30-40 new clients, who are still rapidly becoming repeat clients.

Up from 183 years – we have grown our team with both trainee and experienced staff this year. Having almost 200 years of recruitment experience within a single office is incredible! 6 of us have over 10 years in the industry (some of us significantly more!). Up from 218 in April, we have gained an additional 36 new clients in that time! ARV Solutions work with the majority of the established offsite manufacturers, contractors, consultancies, and specialist supply chains.
