Promotions for Callum Howard and Callum Nickells

We are thrilled to announce Promotions for Callum Howard and Callum Nickells to Divisional Lead roles.

Callum Howard joined ARV Solutions back in 2019 ready to dive into a new career within recruitment. Four years on we have promoted Callum to Divisional Lead for our Construction and Commercial sector. Our Construction and Commercial division recruits all levels of construction and commercial management for wide ranging clients, as well as teams of skilled trades across the UK.

Callum Nickells has been with ARV Solutions for nearly two years, after spending several years in recruitment for the education sector. Callum now heads up our Sales and Marketing sector as Divisional Lead. Our Sales and Marketing division specialise in recruiting sales and marketing professionals. They recruit across the offsite construction sector and wide ranging supply chains to the construction and manufacturing industries.

These two promotions for Callum Howard and Callum Nickells are another big step towards our three-year business plan. It’s great to have such strong leadership extending across the business.
