We kicked off the celebrations by raising a toast to Will, Annie, and Ciara, who have each completed a fantastic first year with us. 8 Years of Dedication: Rob
We had the pleasure of celebrating Rob Elford‘s incredible 8-year journey with ARV Solutions. Rob’s dedication, expertise, and leadership have played a pivotal role in our growth and success. Rob started with us as a trainee, and has not only worked very hard, but grown to be a key leader for our business.
Half a Decade of Commitment: Craig
Another significant milestone was reached by Craig Nicholls, who celebrated 5 years with us last month. His loyalty, passion, and hard work have been invaluable to our team. Craig like Rob has become a key leader for the business.
These work anniversaries are more than just numbers on a calendar. They are a testament to the spirit of collaboration, perseverance, and camaraderie that defines us. As we look back we’re so grateful for the incredible team we have, and we anticipate the future successes that await us together.

Craig and Rob now really help run the business, and steer the strategies, very much alongside myself and Deb. Having that strategic input from people who have grown within the business and really get it is so valuable. Attracting and developing new staff is critical for our future success, so it’s great to have all three celebrating their first year!
