Our team is expanding and levelling up on their career path so we can offer YOU the best possible service.

Promotions and new starters, and the development of their career path are integral cogs of the ARV machine that keep us moving forward as industry experts. Over the past few weeks, ARV has welcomed four new job titles with one promotion and three new faces in the team.

Tommy joined our ARV as a Trainee Resourcer within our Construction and Commercial division. In line with his career development pathway, Tommy has since progressed from Junior Account Manager to Account Manager. This is a great achievement, and we are all thrilled to see him thrive in his role.

Annie, Ciara, and Will recently started with ARV as recruitment consultants. Our new recruits are all eager to learn more about the Offsite Construction Industry and progress in their careers. The whole team is very excited to welcome our new members, support them in their new venture, and see what they will offer our clients and candidates within our divisions and the offsite industry!

Annie – Resourcer

After working in retail for over a year and achieving her business management degree, Annie decided to start a career in recruitment with ARV Solutions because of our company culture. The passion for this career move arose from a fascination wanting to know all areas of business, an interest in helping others achieve their goals, and watching her uncle have a lot of success and fun during his time in recruitment.

 

Ciara – Resourcer

Ciara originally worked in retail and decided she wanted a change in scenery. Looking for a challenge Ciara did the switch to recruitment to challenge herself. Keen to learn new skills, ARV stood out to her because of our modern method of recruitment.

 

Will – Account Manager

Will started his career in recruitment a little under two years ago within the transport industry. Prior to this, he came from a Sales and Corporate Account Management background. Will joined ARV with the view of becoming an established construction recruiter.
