We’re honoured to have been shortlisted for this particular award with Investors In People for Best Pivot, referring to the actions we took during 2020 under the pressure of the pandemic.
A message from our managing director Jim Roach, F.R.E.C. : “Our Best Pivot-al moment was introducing our video interview technology – ARVIEW. This tech saved our business and has led to record business levels and growth in 2021.
ARVIEW is our new way of recruiting incorporating advanced video interview technology. Here are the statistics for the first 9 months since introducing this advanced new recruitment process:

The proof is in the numbers and numbers don’t lie. ARView revolutionised our recruitment processes and now we’re starting to reap the benefits. Even with candidate shortages we’re out-performing the industry averages of vacancy fill rates which goes to show how successful our new tech is.
This “Best Pivot” award also reflects the huge efforts by our staff to adjust to new working environments so effectively, something every business was required to do in their own way. This recognition by Investors In People (IIP) whom are arguably the world’s leading standard for a people focussed business, means a huge amount to me and our team at ARV.”
