We’re honoured to have been shortlisted for this particular award with Investors In People for Best Pivot, referring to the actions we took during 2020 under the pressure of the pandemic.

A message from our managing director Jim Roach, F.R.E.C. : “Our Best Pivot-al moment was introducing our video interview technology – ARVIEW. This tech saved our business and has led to record business levels and growth in 2021.

ARVIEW is our new way of recruiting incorporating advanced video interview technology. Here are the statistics for the first 9 months since introducing this advanced new recruitment process:
