ARV Solutions shortlisted for Employer of the Year in the 2017 Business Leader Awards

Independently judged by 14 judges the awards are open to all businesses across the South West. Over 180 entries were received and as only one of four companies shortlisted for Employer of the Year –  it’s a great achievement for ARV Solutions and we are all honoured!

Led by MD, Jim Roach, ARV Solutions is outcome led rather than fee led which leads to a better working environment and healthier atmosphere within the office, with a huge focus on ‘team effort’.
