Package: up to £75k + Bonus

Role
- Drive new business generation and develop long-term client relationships
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities from early engagement through to award
- Lead client interaction with contractors, consultants, and developers
- Support/lead estimating and pricing of key projects
- Contribute to value engineering and bid strategy
- Track pipeline, forecasts, and conversion performance
Requirements
- Background in structural steel or wider construction
- Experience in business development, estimating, or both
- Track record of winning work / developing client relationships
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery
- Able to interpret drawings and technical information
- Confident communicator with a proactive, self-driven approach to Building Studies or similar
- Can demonstrate experience in pricing of projects from 50 to 3,000 tonnes.
- Experience in reviewing Tekla models for the constructability of structures.
- able to budget a job on demand (using experience).
