Revit Technician  
Peterborough/Remote  
£325 – 350 per day, depending on experience
6-month contract role

• Are you a Revit Technician with experience within the construction/offsite industry?
• Are you a Revit Technician with experience with timber frame houses?

We are working exclusively with one of the UK’s largest residential developers, building and selling over 10,000 homes a year.  They are currently enjoying a period of growth and are now seeking an experienced Revit Technician who understands the relationship between design and manufacturing and can work collaboratively in the design of timber frames houses.

Requirements for the Revit Technician role:

• Experience as a Revit Technician within a DfMA environment
• Good working knowledge of Autodesk software, Revit
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to demonstrate attention to detail whilst working at a fast pace
• Willing to learn HSB (if not already included in your skill set)
• Preferably experienced in MMC / offsite construction (modular building, volumetric, bathroom pods, timber frame, light steel frame)

• £325 – 350 per day (depending on experience)
• 40 hour working week (flexible hours)
• 6-month contract, but could go perm
• Confidence in the stability of a solid pipeline of work
