Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background delivering new build modular projects?

Would you enjoy working for a large National employer, working on a wide range of projects?

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a large National employer, delivering new build education & healthcare projects up to the value of £40million across the UK. You will be involved in projects from a Pre contract phase to completion, working alongside Site Managers to ensure a smooth and successful delivery process for each project.

Your background within the modular sector will be essential as you will be expected to provide any technical feedback to clients & sub contractors on each build but also work to strict build programme deadlines to ensure profitability.

We would welcome conversations with Project Managers who:

  • Demonstrate a solid background within the modular building sector
  • Can work to strict construction programme deadlines
  • Possess excellent technical & health and safety know
  • Have solid communication skills across all levels 
  • Are willing to travel & stay away Nationally for projects
  • Hold valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid certificates

As a Project Manager you will:

  • Work alongside Site Managers to ensure a smooth delivery process and report in to Contracts Manager
  • Work to quick turn around delivery programmes
  • Ensure compliance to building regulations
  • Liaise with different internal departments such as production, design & commercial
  • Be responsible for all variations and have been agreed with each client
  • Maximise efficiency whilst also adhering to health and safety
