Production Team Leaders
Afternoon shift (2.30-midnight)

£31,407 + 10% shift allowance + paid overtime

We are seeking an experienced 2-3 hands-on Production Team Leaders to lead small teams (5-12 in your team) working in our client’s manufacturing operations in Coventry facility. Your responsibilities will include first line people management, as well as keeping your team focussed on meeting production targets and maintaining quality and health & safety standards.
You will be:
- Leading and supervising a team of production operatives, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity
- Monitoring production processes and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste (working to 5S standards)
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
- Conducting regular performance evaluations and provide training and development for your team members
- Hands on production as required
Do you have:
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment at a team leader level
- Good leadership and team leadership skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of 5S processes and quality control standards
- Commitment to health & safety
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and other colleagues within Production
Benefits:
- Salary £31,407 + 10% shift allowance

These Production Team Leader roles are required due to the growth of the business and the need to introduce a second shift. At least two roles are required, both to work the 2.30 to midnight shift. This is a great business, part of a larger UK Group, and with a real commitment to its people.
