Role: Contracts Supervisor
Location: Cambridge and surrounding areas
Sector: Timber Structures
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + Company Van, 25 days holiday, Pension

Are you an experienced in managing multiple concurrent projects?
Would you enjoy overseeing a varied range of timber structures?

I am working closely with a timber structures contractor who are looking to employ a contracts supervisor on a permanent basis. Due to a strong pipeline pf works, this role has come up through growth for the business and you will be working closely with a contracts manager assisting in overseeing a range timber frame installation projects.

You will be working on a mix of self build and multi unit development projects, being on hand for any issues, managing the site programme and overseeing the installers / erectors.

You will need to have strong a strong timber frame knowledge.

About you:

  • Hold valid CSCS and SMSTS
  • Previous timber frame installation experience
  • Strong communication and IT skills
  • Experience either managing gangs or sub contract erectors
