Last week we headed to Old Billingsgate in London for the prestigious Investors in People Awards, celebrating best practices across all IIP accredited organisations worldwide.
We were entered for the best Reward and Recognition category at the Investors in People Awards, recognising organisations who go above and beyond with creative and motivating strategies in this area. Whilst we didn’t win on the night, we were reassured to be selected as finalists. The evening was a glittering event with close to 1000 attendees from organisations of all sorts from across the UK and around the world. (including some other forward-thinking recruitment businesses).
We are currently accredited IIP Gold and to be shortlisted for Reward and Recognition within the business is a great testament to the development we have done to build a really great package of salaries, commissions, and wider-ranging benefits for our staff.
