Sharing our team members’ positives and takeaways from the Offsite Expo 2022 confirming we are the barometer of the current offsite market.

ARV Solutions had a fantastic time exhibiting at the Offsite Expo and the Offsite Awards last week. We would like to collectively thank all involved in the planning and execution of a great two days for the Offsite sector. We had a great deal of exciting successes at the show this year. We ran two Giveaways, one pre-show and one during, where two lucky winners won an air fryer each. We launched our 2022/23 Salary Guide, and, our Managing Director Jim, opened the pre-awards drinks reception with a speech.

“This year’s Offsite Expo has been the biggest and most positive ever from our perspective. Such a wide range of exhibitors, high-quality visitors in good numbers, and everyone interested in skills and hiring. There was so much positivity across offsite manufacturers for the future. We live in uncertain times, but Offsite is ready to tackle all challenges head-on.

I couldn’t walk anywhere without another employer wanting to talk about skills shortages and their need to recruit skilled staff. So many employers are frustrated at agencies not understanding their needs. So glad we were there to meet them and gain the opportunities to help better.

The new ARV Solutions salary guide was clearly overdue! People were coming up to me asking where to get it!”
