A well known Timber Frame Manufacturer were looking for an Operations Director. Not a regular client, we were not initially working on this role, however, we got in touch with one of our candidates and they apply directly. He was then offered the role and started his career at the Timber Frame Manufacturer.
Now taking on the role of our client he got back in touch when an opportunity came up to recruit a Designer. We agreed on terms and placed a Designer with them who matched their requirements.
Subsequently, the same new client was looking to recruit a Maintenance Engineer. They got in touch with a brief on a Thursday – Using our video platform as part of our ARVIEW service we interviewed one candidate we were confident was the perfect fit. Our client was able to review the video at a suitable time, ensuring all the relevant decision-makers were also on board with moving forward with a face to face interview on the following Tuesday. The candidate was then offered the role the same day and started 2 weeks later.
