As part of ARV Solutions’ three-year business plan, we aim to grow our team of experts to thirty-five members. So, you can imagine how thrilled we are to have expanded by four recruits over the past six months.
Our newest members are:
Jody – Resourcer specialising within our Manufacturing division
Lewis – Resourcer specialising within our Sales and Marketing division
Deb – Operations Coordinator
Nicole – Marketing and Digital Communications Coordinator.
To ensure ALL the team are industry-leading experts, last Wednesday, ARV Solutions Managing Director Jim took our newest recruits to spend the morning at The National Self Build & Renovation Centre in Swindon.
As our business grows, The National Self Build & Renovation Centre offers the perfect opportunity for a life-size show and tell for the team. So, we were excited for them to go and learn how the exhibitions at the Self Build & Renovation Centre contribute to the offsite construction sector.
The group started the morning with a coffee and guided tour by Jim himself, teaching and showing examples of the many structure forms across modern construction methods. A morning highlight was a trip around the ‘Renovation House’, which provided all key considerations when renovating a similar aged property.
