Callum Nickells celebrates a full year with the team alongside a year of career development with ARV Solutions. Callum came to us with extensive recruitment experience from a different sector, and has diligently learnt about recruiting sales people across construction. We are all delighted how well Callum has fitted into the team, and with the great results being achieved for clients, candidates and his career development over the past year.
Along with his long term colleague Graham Brown, they are really building our Sales Division, with over 30 live vacancies actively being worked on currently. This success has led to the recent hire of Lewis Murley to help resource further skilled candidates for the many available career opportunities. Now mentoring Lewis, Callum’s career development pathway is to Senior Account Manager, and also part of our recently formed Future Leaders Group.
