The ARV Solutions team headed to Wittlebury Hall in Northamptonshire last Friday for the TEAM Recruitment Conference and Dinner.
A great day of intensive learning sessions from leading industry experts on the wider aspects relating to recruitment. Subjects covered pricing, quality, advanced candidate search techniques, EDI, finance, compliance and post-covid workplace issues amongst many others!
This was followed by the industry awards with our renowned Sue Eustace winning permanent Recruitment Consultant of the Year. Huge congratulations to you Sue – very much deserved!
Next was the most inspiring talk from Keynote Speaker, Nigel Owens, renowned rugby referee. We even managed to get a snap of our Nigel with our Managing Director Jim, as seen above.
At the end of the day we celebrated with a ‘festival themed’ evening, filled with street food stalls and lots of dancing! All in all a great day of learning with plenty of laughs shared by the team.
