Last night we were winners of the REC Awards, but what lead us up to this moment?

At the start of 2020, the world was plunged into a pandemic and many lost their jobs due to the societal strain. Many businesses across every industry were forced to close their doors permanently, ARV Solutions faced an ultimatum – innovate or be forced out of the industry.

Jim Roach, Owner and MD of ARV Solutions introduced ARView. This was video technology that not only innovated our recruitment system but saved our business in a time when so many others were crippled.

Fast forward to the end of 2021 and ARView has changed the way we work forever. This year we have had 4 Record Months (3 in a row) and 4 Record Quarters! We have expanded the team, promoted people across the board and even set an ambitious 3 year business plan.

Last night Jim Roach won Business Leader of the Year at the REC awards. A well deserved win and a great start to wrapping up the year. A comment from our business advisor:
