Tommy Winstone joins the ARV Solutions team as a Trainee Resourcer.
We are delighted to welcome Tommy to the ARV Solutions team.
Tommy came to us recommended by a local business entrepreneur (and vintage recruiter) who recognised his potential and suggested he make contact with ARV Solutions, knowing that our company culture and development programme could benefit him, above other agencies.
Once we met Tommy it was immediately clear to us all: he was bright and ambitious to succeed and grow a career for himself. Tommy joins us as a Trainee Resourcer, where he will learn how to source, match and interview candidates to our specialist vacancies in our rapidly growing Construction Division.
Although we have recently hired a further three experienced Recruiters, we were keen to keep up our training and development programme and bring through new talent into the ARV Solutions team for the future.
