Maintenance Manager
Essex based with UK-wide travel
c£50,000 + car allowance

A leading UK healthcare infrastructure provider is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across mobile and modular medical facilities supporting NHS and private healthcare clients nationwide.
The role:
- Manage planned and reactive maintenance activities
- Lead and develop the maintenance team
- Oversee subcontractors, compliance and site inspections
- Review audits and implement corrective actions
- Support clinical and project teams to minimise disruption to patient care
- Manage maintenance budgets and out-of-hours emergency response
About you:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance management
- IOSH qualified (essential)
- Healthcare, facilities management, modular or mobile environment experience (desirable)
- Strong knowledge of compliance, health & safety, and MEP/building services
- Proven leadership, subcontractor and budget management experience
