Are you a detail-oriented Estimator with experience in full turnkey projects?

I am working with a leading modular contractor based in West Ireland and they are seeking both a junior and senior Estimator to join their commercial team. You will be essential in managing cost control and commercial aspects on a variety of innovative projects.

About the Role

As an Estimator, you will play a key role in preparing accurate cost estimates for modular construction projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a forward-thinking contractor delivering high-quality, full turnkey solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for modular construction projects.
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and other project documents to determine costs.
• Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and manage procurement.
• Assist in bid preparation, tender submissions, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost-effective solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as an Estimator, ideally from a main contracting background.
• Knowledge of full turnkey construction projects is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Open to candidates at both junior and senior levels—training and development provided.
