Are you a detail-oriented quantity surveyor with experience in full turnkey projects?

I am working with a leading modular contractor based in West Ireland and they are seeking both a junior and senior Quantity surveyor to join their commercial team. You will be essential in managing cost control and commercial aspects on a variety of innovative projects.

About the Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the financial management of modular construction projects, from procurement to final accounts. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a forward-thinking contractor delivering high-quality, full turnkey solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project costs, ensuring budgets are maintained and value is maximised.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, and contract administration.
• Conduct valuations, variations, and final account negotiations.
• Work closely with the project team to ensure efficient cost control and reporting.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally from a main contracting background.
• Knowledge of full turnkey construction projects is highly desirable.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Open to candidates at both junior and senior levels—training and development provided.
