Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Salary: £65,000 – £70,000
Location: Lincoln
Sector: Offsite Construction

Are you an experienced, detailed orientated Senior Quantity Surveyor?
Would you enjoy working for a National specialist sub contractor?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business who are delivering specialist new build systems across a range of different sectors, with projects including commercial, education, healthcare & residential up to the value of £5million per project. Your background as a sub contractor’s Quantity Surveyor will be essential as you’ll be working with a main contractor and developer client group, ensuring every detail of each project is covered.

We would welcome conversations with Senior Quantity Surveyors who:

  • Have a background working for a sub contractor – Structural framing & external envelope experience would be highly advantageous
  • Are proficient in writing and reviewing construction JCT contracts to a high standard
  • Can lead contract negotiations from an early stage
  • Possess strong communication skills across all levels
  • Are willing to travel to projects when required
  • Will demonstrate a solid background in creating detailed contract clauses
  • Hold at least 7 years experience
