Are you an experienced contracts manager with a background in delivering new build timber frame projects?
Would you enjoy working for a large manufacturer delivering projects across the UK?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a timber frame contractor who are delivering projects all across the UK. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of timber frame projects specifically across the North East of England. Your background working within the timber frame sector is essential as you will be expected to liaise with clients on any technical issues and queries regarding the timber frame kits.

We would welcome conversations with contracts managers who:

  • Have a solid background within the timber frame sector
  • Can demonstrate a background in managing multiple sites across a region
  • Possess the ability to communicate across all levels
  • Hold strong sub contract management experience
  • Hold a valid SMSTS, CSCS & CPCS Appointed Persons
  • Are willing to travel across the North East region for sites
