Do you want to join a growing modular contractor who offer significant scope for progression?



I’m on the lookout to talk to experienced site managers to join a growing modular contractor on a permanent basis. They specialise in the commercial sector, working on high value, technical modular builds and have a very strong pipeline of works ahead across London and surrounding counties.

This position has become available through growth and they are looking for people to grow with them. As a site manager you will be responsible for overseeing all sub contractors aswell as managing the build from start to finish.

We would welcome conversations with candidates who:

  • A proven track record of delivering construction projects from start to finish
  • Have good commercial acumen
  • Has previous experience working on healthcare or modular projects.
  • be willing to travel
  • CSCS, SMSTS
  • A construction related degree would be preferred 

You will be joining an fast growing business who are open to taking someone on immediately.
