Business Development Manager / Sales Manager – Offsite Solutions
Basic to £60,000 plus £5,000 Car Allowance
Salisbury, Southampton, Bournemouth or Blandford Forum

You will be working for a business that supplies permanent modular buildings into the education, sports and commercial sectors. They employ a hybrid solution which solves problems that traditional methods fail to address. They design buildings that demonstrate what can be achieved rather than an off the shelf building which is made to fit.

The role and responsibilities

Your working week will involve working with both their existing customer base to gain repeat business and introducing your companies’ capabilities to potential new clients. This will be achieved within a hybrid work environment of TEAM calls, face to face visits and by telephone. You will work closely with an award-winning team of designers and estimators which will support you in your efforts to put together order winning quotations and tenders. They operate as a Principal Contractor and win orders from £150,000 up to circa £2m but it is worth noting that their order values are going up consistently at both ends of this spectrum.

About you

Ideally you will have sold an Offsite Construction solution or be selling construction solutions into their key sectors (Education, Sport and Commercial) and able to visit clients at their locations as well as spending time at their Dorset Head Office location. They are looking for candidates who can demonstrate a minimum of three years success in selling construction solutions as well as individuals who are proud to sell their quality capabilities.
