Role: Sales Manager – Construction Products
Salary: Circa £50k plus uncapped commission
Location: Hybrid, Preference to cover the East Midlands, South and South East Market
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

The Company

  • You will be joining a company that manufactures housing solutions aimed at the self build, SME house building market.
  • Support the self-builders and act as specialist advisor to them before closing deals to secure their business.
  • You will also be targeted in engaging small sized contractors, again to educate them on the eco friendly housing solution offering, highlighting the benefits in build time and limited disruption when considering weather

About you

  • You need to be able to show that you are driven, dynamic and can close deals
  • You are capable of selling to House Builders and Small/Medium size contractors
  • Experience of selling within the construction / building sector
  • Experience in the East Midlands, South and South East Region
  • Product knowledge is essential in high end Timber Frame, Closed Panel Systems, SIPS
