Package

In this role you will have the opportunity to earn a £30,000 bonus, flexible company car options, 25 days annual leave, mobile and laptop provided.

This role would suit a current Sales Director or Senior Sales Manager looking to progress in their career.

The Sales Director will have a strong understanding of Doors, Windows, Fire Doors. In this role you will have plenty of progression and projects available as the business has ambitious growth plans.

You will be working closely with the Managing Director, Operations Manager and Business Owner with full support and autonomy provided to shape and run the team as you see fit.

The client manufactures Doors, Windows and Fire Doors with a headcount of 100+ staff. In the role you will have internal and external resources to support business growth. The client has ambitious growth plans, looking to move into European and other markets.

To be considered for the Sales Director role

  • Experience in either Timber Frames or Fire Doorsets
  • Knowledge of the public sector as a large portion of business comes from local authorities and councils
  • Senior Sales Experience
