Basic circa £55,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance or Tax Efficient Company Car

The Role

You will be joining a UK manufacturer of Timber Frame kits who supply both National and Regional Housebuilders who they enjoy long term relationships with. Your role will be focused on managing and developing close partnerships with Regional House Builders and Developers across the Central Belt of Scotland but with the ability to cover Scotland as required. As a Regional Sales Manager you will enjoy the support of a Design, Estimating, Pre-Construction and Project Management delivery team as well as local factories who can easily deliver into the Scottish region.

A huge benefit of working for a Timber Frame Manufacturer within Scotland is that this is the preferred build method north of the border with most houses being built using a Timber based solution. Our client looks to build strong sustainable relationships with their customer base with award winning levels of customer service.

About You

* If you have a background in selling technical building products into Regional Housebuilders where you strongly account manage the relationship then you will be a strong candidate for this role. If you have experience within Timber Engineering related products, then this would be an advantage but not a necessity.
* You will live within or close to the Central Belt as most of your time will be spent within an hour of Glasgow or Edinburgh.
* You will be looking for a long-term career with a company that is investing heavily in its expansion and the growth of its people.
